The office staff is friendly and will do everything to answer your questions. However they did shout out my personal information while I was traveling alone. But even if I wasn't traveling alone I don't need the entire office to hear my address and phone number. I almost left during this experience. The issue was the front desk didn't communicate to each other what forms they did give me so I kept getting interrupted when doing the paperwork. For treatment, it was nice that everything can be done in the same building. I had to repeat myself 4-5 different times for each answer it became very clear to me she did not read my chart at all before seeing me and I had to correct her multiple times making her reference the chart. The results I got back fairly quickly. But the door was open multiple times during my pelvic exam and I had to advocate multiple times to have the door close which made me super uncomfortable. The Dr was gentle which I appreciated.

The doctor sometimes seemed confused by my symptoms and unsure of how to help me. Eventually we got it figured out and they assisted me well. But her confusion stressed me out at first. The front desk staff initially called to cancel 2 hours before the appointment because the doctor wouldn’t be in. Then called back 30 minutes later to un-cancel it which was frustrating but I was able to be seen.

Excellent doctor she handled everything like a pro. I didn’t like my past two doctors so I was very pleased to meet her and happy that I found someone who actually spent some time to talk to me.
Dr. Mona was so kind and thorough! She went through my entire health history with me and helped me figure out what tests I needed done! Going back next week to get blood drawn and an echo scan on my heart, all at her clinic!

Dr Ghobrial, ‘Dr Mona’ was warm and welcoming. Answering all my questions, offering suggestions and explanations to my concerns. Since it was my initial visit, she provided ample time in getting to know me I felt comfortable in our conversation. The office staff was pleasant and efficient. Parking was easy and waiting room was spacious with plenty of seating.

I found Dr Mona online after reviewing providers that accepted my insurance. Booking an appointment was easy online with ZocDoc.com and she was phenomenal! She was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, and a good listener. She heard my concerns and acknowledged everything from medication questions, to treatment options, and lab tests. She ensured I left the appointment feeling heard and without any additional questions. She was efficient but also quick. I was in and out in under an hour. Awesome!! I will never go back to this office. The reception staff was very dismissive and seemed unprofessional, and the Dr herself didn’t seem like she understood what I was asking her. I came in for one main problem and was sent away to get imaging for something that wasn’t my main concern. I will not go back, I literally cried after how bad this appointment was.
