Dr Uka was stellar. It’d been awhile since I’d visited the dentist and expressed my worries, but she was reassuring and took time to explain things as she was doing them, as well as, talk through her recommended treatments. The XRay tech (didn’t catch her name) was equally awesome. Big smile and great bedside manner, also taking her time to answer my questions.

1st visit and FYI for others -
I made an appointment for teeth cleaning. Staff recommended a deep cleaning. I did not want a deep cleaning and requested the standard cleaning for today. Staff did not allow me to go basic and stated that they could not deviate from their recommendation. Great staff, but I lost 1 hr 20 mins due to their policy. Filled out multiple pages of paperwork and went through a full set of x-rays.
1st time experience. Entering a dental office for cleaning and exiting the office due to their right to refuse the requested service.

Highly professional and friendly staff. Didn't meet with Ms. Ndidi herself, but the onsite dentist did listen to my concerns regarding some of my recommended treatment plan. I did not wait long to be seen either.
