Communication was not good. She gave me an attitude when i tried to discuss a middle ground bc the new glasses lens were blurry and she tried to direct me to go with a different frame. Unclear timeline and she will not give me future expectations if the glasses are rebuilt with the same results. I understand they have their own office policies, but they are keeping my money and benefits hostage even though they cannot deliver. I am genuinely rooting for them to come through when they rebuild it. Oh yea…she said Im the difficult customer when I just wanted to get new glasses with the frame that I chose and lens are not blurry…
