'My Goal is to help you feel better and get you back to living a meaningful and joy filled life.' Comprehensive Psychiatric Evaluation w/ Dr Calico: $650, Concurrent Medication Management w/ 45 min Therapy Session: $475, and Concise Medication Management follow up: $350. Intranasal Ketamine Therapy with Esketamine or Racemic Ketamine for Depression and PTSD: 2 hour treatment $600. Payments accepted include credit card, HSA card or Cash. Also note that Dr. Calico does not participate on any insurance panels and does not accept insurance assigned rates. However, her services are reimbursable by most health plans that offer out-of-network coverage. Please contact your insurance provider beforehand to ensure reimbursement. Our care team model includes, Tara Clement, a talented Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who can see you as well. Her fees are $325 for 1 hour initial evaluation and $200 for Medication management Follow-up Sessions. Dr. Calico leads and oversees all clinical care within her practice.
