I was very pleased with my experience with Dr. Novikov. I was able to get a same-day appointment, and was taken into an exam room immediately once I had checked in at the reception desk. Dr. Novikov came into the room a minute or two later, performed his exam, and recommended a treatment protocol, suggesting that I purchase a dressing on Amazon. He even looked up this type of dressing on Amazon to show me what I should order.

I last saw Dr. Novikov about 9 months ago and needed to see him again. I was just about to call the office when I noticed the book online link. I was very happy that I could book an appointment when I wanted and all was mostly setup with the appointment when I got to the office. Dr Novikov and his staff are all very friendly and even though the reception area was quite busy when I arrived about 10 minutes early, everyone including me was seen promptly. Dr Novikov takes his time when he sees you and you feel like you are the only patient in the office. He communicates well and advises you about suggested tests, treatments and other specialists. He is also concerned about your health care budget.
