Acupuncture Helps The Body Recover And Regulate.
My approach starts with Eastern medicine, supported by modern research in neuroscience, pain science, and hormonal regulation. I’ve been practicing acupuncture for over 15 years with over 20,000 sessions to date.
Many people come in feeling like their system is stuck — sleep disrupted, hormones off, digestion unsettled, or pain that keeps returning. Treatment works by helping the body regulate again.
Not forcing. Not pushing through.
Just helping the body return to a state of health.
Every session is individualized.
Care is adjusted each visit based on how your body responds.
You’ll work with the same practitioner every time, which allows for continuity and careful follow-up over time.
Treatment is guided by over fifteen years of full-time clinical experience. Observation, and pattern recognition are key—not preset protocols.
We work together to create the most efficient and beneficial plan that works for you.
Advanced Clinical Training In:
-Oncology support acupuncture, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center
-Fertility and hormone support in all phases of menstrual cycles.
-Clinical work in insomnia and mood regulation
-Ongoing continuing education in herbal and classical Eastern Medicine protocols.

I’m not someone who typically looks to alternative therapies. Before seeing Rae, I had been trying to get pregnant for about 3 years. Within 4 months of seeing her, I became pregnant and now have a five year old and a three old. I’m so incredibly grateful to Rae, and because of her I have my family. I continue to see Rae for general health and wellness and feel restored after each acupuncture visit. She listens to you, and is a genius at finding the right points for your acupuncture treatment.
