I wanted to see an ENT to dig deeper into the causes of my recurring ear infections, and I could not have asked for a better experience. Dr. Rami was extremely thorough and willing to explain every detail and answer every question that I had. He also really takes the time to get to know me in each appointment and understand what my underlying issues are. I took my mom to see Dr. Abdou for an evaluation of her hearing loss. Dr. Abdou was very caring and kind. He sent his report to my mom’s PCP and to my email shortly after the visit. The only inconvenience was that there were no chairs in the registration room, so when my mom arrived early, she had nowhere to sit and rest.
