I really enjoyed this visit. This was my first eye exam since a kid so I was a bit nervous. The staff made me feel very comfortable with an addition of great conversation and laughter. They made sure I got exactly what I needed and wanted when it came to my glasses. I would recommend this office 100 times if I could!

Highly disappointed in this office. I booked with Dr. Rinku and called to confirm my appointment day of. I was told that everything was taken care of, only to get to the office and learn that she was out of office and I could be seen by Dr. Patel instead. Why wouldn’t they let me know she was out of office during the call earlier that day? Why wait until I’m AT the office. They did give me the option to come back when she was in, but I was already at the office at that point.

Eye doctors were great and knowledgeable, however it's worth noting the office is also a glasses store, so the sales team will (lightly) pitch you new frames.
Was not explained to me that one of the service done was not covered by my insurance. But was charged after the fact would have been nice to know prior.

From office staff to doctor friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Especially impressed with both Courtney and Rimsha, both ladies delivered service with a smile. Dr. Rahn answered all my questions and put my mind at ease after sharing some concerns I had about previous care that I had received. He patiently explained my situation and my options. The entire visit was both educational and pleasant. I am actually looking forward to my next visit because I expect a positive experience.
