After 4 days with a painful stiff neck and tension headache, I went to see Dr. Shire and no kidding the next day I woke up with no pain (a bit of stiffness which went away in a couple of days with the daily stretches he told me to do). He was great, took his time and was kind.

I've been seeing Dr. Shire for chiropractic care throughout my pregnancy. My visits have helped a lot with lower back and hip pain, as well as getting and keeping my body in ideal alignment throughout pregnancy. Dr. Shire is upbeat and positive. He knows how to converse in a way that relaxes you while getting chiropractic care. His staff treats you in a very professional, friendly manner. You feel cared for at Midtown Integrative Health & Wellness because of the vast array of treatments you can have done. Anything from chiropractic care to physical therapy, medical massage, weight loss, primary care doctors, and more. I've been going for almost 2 weeks now and I feel a difference. I recommend going in for a visit.

My initial appointment with Dr. Shire was amazing. He is super-easy to talk to and great at listening to concerns and symptoms. Waited less than 5 minutes in wait room before he saw me. It felt like we did so much in 1-hour appointment but never felt rushed. Would highly recommend to everyone and will be going back to see him next week to follow-up.

Dr Shire is very attentive and extremely patient. I have been seeing him continuously over the last few weeks and have felt the most relief than any of the other treatment options I have pursued.

I first came to Dr.Shire when I threw my back out a few months ago (at only 24 years old). Needless to say, I was a little panicked and in pain, but Dr. Shire took the time to get my full medical history as well as an extensive sent of x-rays to really get a proper diagnosis of what could be causing the issues. He is exceptionally patient and personable. That combined with the pleasant and accommodating reception staff and massage and heat therapists, I've got to say I'm feeling the best I have in years. This is quite honestly the only doctor's appointment I love going to and I've been recommending anyone who tells me they have any neck or back pains.

Dr. Shire is great. He has great bedside manner. During my first visit he spent tons of time with me really learning about my concerns, issues, pains and how we can work together to fix them. You can tell he really cares about his patients from the very beginning of the visit. He took the time to teach me and ensure I understood what my issues are, the root cause and how much can really be impacted by your spinals system.
The sequential follow-up visits have also had the same feel. Always asking how I am feeling and ensuring we are on the right route to long-term success.
I would recommend Dr. Shire to anyone looking for a reliable chiropractor!

I have been seeing Dr. Shire for the last few weeks of my pregnancy, and though I was hesitant at first, he has been extremely gentle and patient. He not only relieved much of the back pain that had built up over 7 months of pregnancy, but has also helped align the baby for birth. Dr. Shire has excellent bedside manner, and is one of the most kind and understanding practitioners I have ever been to. I highly recommend Dr. Shire to anyone having any back pain- pregnant or not.
