dr biondo was great. kind, helpful, informative. however, you should know, you do have to p-a-y for a xray before you are seen, the wait time was semi-long, and the nurse who tended to me was not the most gentle or friendly....

My appointment with Dr. Biondo and team was an amazing experience; the staff were warm and welcoming, informed and friendly. Dr. Bionde was professional, knowledgeable and caring. He conducted a thorough consultation presenting detailed clinical reasons and options for treatment and procedures. Providing a very informative and clear overview of needed treatment with explanation and care. Leaving I left confident; informed and cared for. I’d choice Dr. Biondo every time!

Incredible - great doc and staff. They worked around my hectic schedule when I needed assistance ASAP. Fully dealt with insurance. Walked me through everything I needed done step by step and gave reasoning behind it all. Felt like I was in great hands all the way through by every member in the office. 10/10, highly recommend whether it's a simple consult to finding a referral for necessary treatments.

My procedure at this office was the most comfortable dental experience that I have ever had. I had 4 teeth removed and it was pretty much painless. Dr. Biondo & Mercedes made sure that I was extremely comfortable the entire time. Dr. Biondo also made sure I was okay after. He communicated clearly and effectively. He prioritized my comfort. I would highly recommend this office.

Friendly staff clean office was seen within 15 minutes minus the paperwork I had to finish upon arriving. I was seen by doctor I booked with and very professional went over all treatment options available for my visit. I would definitely book again with them . I booked an extraction for wisdom and had to have surgery and it was done same day and was done within an hour.

I had my visit with Dr. Ronald today. It went amazingly. He was super patient, stayed with me, asked me questions, checked in with me. Gave me at length after care instructions, answered all my questions, made me feel comfortable and safe. The assistant staff and front desk are amazing as well. Asked me to take my time, showed me a place to wait. Took care of the billings and next visit quickly.
I would recommend all my friends to this doctor!

I searched for a dental surgeon who will spend the time to talk to me. Give me options and also assuage my fears.
Dr. Ronald was amazing, he spent time talking to me, making me feel comfortable, did a few double checks, gave me options, and recommended the best and most comfortable procedure forward.
The staff are absolute delight, offered me some water, assured me that if I bring a guest when I get my procedure, that the guest would be received and made to feel comfortable as well. They showed me a breakdown, what the insurance covers, what it doesn't, and a breakdown of payment plan if I chose to go that route. They also spoke kindly of the measures that will be taken to make us feel calm as sometimes we need to take some local anaesthetic etc etc.
Never did I leave a doctor's office more calm. I have zero questions in my head, don't have an urge to Google.

It took quite some time to be seen by the doc, despite getting there earlier than appointment timing. Feels like they knew you were coming but does not want you there.
Consultation was not in depth, and was very vague. I'd still need to go get a second opinion.
The out of pocket quoted for the surgery was quite outrageous.
