PLEASE READ BEFORE SCHEDULING. WE ONLY DO ANNUAL PHYISCIALS/OR IF YOUR APPOINTMENT REQUIRES BLOODWORK ON MONDAY, WEDNESDAY MORNING AND FRIDAY. PLEASE SCHEDULE ON THOSE DAYS.
--Dr Vanbiber is NOT taking new pain management patients.
--IF YOU ARE told we are not in NETWORK please call the office to verify
--When booking a Annual Physical please make sure to be fasting 8 hours prior to visit. Patient may drink black coffee or water only.
All appointments require identification and insurance cards at the time of visit.
--Dr. Vanbiber also asks every patient to bring all current medications either the bottles or list.
We offer Labs/EKG on-site with low cost for those without insurance and those with high deductibles. Our office also offers Weight Management, Testosterone Therapy, as well as general medical care for patients with High Blood Pressure, Diabetes, High Cholesterol, or possible low testosterone.
