My recent visit with doctor Shilpa Clott was a positive experience. It was the nurse practitioner who saw me first as the doctor was taking time. She was a good listener and kind. When she wasn’t able to get something done then the doctor had to come…
What stood out was the doctor’s kindness and clear communication. She explained what the diagnosis would be and what the treatment plan would be like. Their professionalism and compassion made me comfortable.
I left the appointment being reassured and well informed. I would definitely go back there.
