The receptionists have absolutely no idea what’s going on with peoples appointments. They called and texted me 3 times to confirm my appointment. Each time I confirmed and then the day after my appointment they send me an email asking to reschedule because I “cancelled” the one I had booked. They are completely incompetent.
Dr. Smith is probably the best optometrist I've ever seen in my life. His knowledge of eye and contact health is very impressive. His bedside manner was 15/10, super kind guy. And his staff give it to you straight with beautiful tact. The office smells AMAZING btw . I will only be going here for eye appointments. ??????

I wanted to be seen for a regular eye checkup and to update both my glasses and contacts lenses prescription. Dr Blanc was attentive, very patient and professional. Fell comfortable within the first few mns of interacting with the Dr. One of the highlights of my visit is the fact that I didn't feel rushed at any given time. All my questions were answered in great details in a way to help me understand technical medical terms. The check-in process was smooth, and the office was nice and neat. Overall, I am satisfied and confident to be in Dr Blanc's care and will definitely return to him for any eye related issue(s).
