I had a great experience. The office was very clean. The staff was very friendly. I highly recommend this office. The doctor is very insightful and thorough with his practice.
Staff was friendly and prompt and got us going with paperwork that wasn't overly burdensome. We were given an option to do an additional diagnostic and there was no pressure applied when we opted out. The doctor was kind and courteous, thorough, and answered our questions. Even though it was the end of the day, the staff weren't rushing us to make our glasses choices and let my husband and I discuss our options. "Z" was wonderful helping price things out against our insurance and choosing the best options, explaining certain lens components as well. Would come here again!

The wait time was less than 3 minutes, Dr Syed was very friendly, very willing to answer all your questions, he explained the process in clear terms. Even when my insurance is in network, i had to pay out of pocket for eye exam.

Dr. Hussain was more than kind. He was warm, understanding, and what I liked the best, he explained everything he was doing before doing it. He asked if I was ok with whatever the next step was and if I understood it. He made me feel comfortable. I also like the fact he did not push me to purchase anything but provided me with the options available.

A waste of an appointment -what I needed was clear I shared that I had medical issue with my eyes. Priority was not a prescription for eyeglasses- did not get feedback on tests that were given,written report is illegible, would not recommend. Waste of time and money.

The office was clean. The receptionist was efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. The doctor was informative and helpful. I was seen right away after I did my in-take forms. I would recommend coming here for an eye exam and to check out the frames.

This office does not accept insurance for medical issues related to your eyes. They only accept vision insurance and only for glasses and contacts.
Although the goal of the appointment to update my lenses and contacts prescriptions was met, I was rushed through the eye exam to the point where I am questions of the new prescriptions are accurate. The equipment for the eye exam was also outdated and the “lenses” in the machine were dirty/cloudy. I won’t be returning to this location, and maybe not Pearle Vision overall. Hope that things improve for future patients.
