"Dr. Maule is amazing! I’ve been going every year and continue to be impressed. The new technology and renovated office look fantastic. The receptionist was professional, though not very talkative."

The process before getting seen is a little weird. I was sent a text saying to reply "here" once I've entered the store and just to browse glasses while I wait and someone would call on me. That never happened. While I was browsing someone asked me if I needed help, and I said I was here for an eye exam and they told me I should be in the back. Once I got back there, the woman at the front desk checked me in and did my eye exam. She wasn't very enthusiastic or warm and very soft-spoken. I did however, love the doctor. She was so nice, put me at ease, explained everything thoroughly and assured me that my eyes were healthy which is exactly what I was hoping for. Would definitely be back again should I need another exam.

I really liked the doctor. She was very friendly and help her, but one of her staff members in the beginning was not the friendliest person.

Our first session went great. She is a good communicator and laid some ground work for techniques we will be trying in therapy. I love that she is having me journal and we will be practicing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in the future.
