The medical staff when you enter are friendly. There is no long wait time to see the doctor. The doctor listens and give the referrals you need, without hesitation. They give you the prescriptions and refills you need.

My child really likes this pediatric clinic and so do I. Every single person there that I've come in contact with here has had the most pleasant attitude. I've had no wait time and everyone moves so efficiently that the appt is basically in and out!

Really disappointed.
I had an app at 12 virtual with the dr.
I couldn’t go into an office because I was just in an accident and my cars at the shop. My son is not feeling well, I waited and waited then the manager called me , long story short he said ok you’ll get a phone call in a little bit to hop onto the video and the dr can take a look at ur son.
Never heard from anyone.

Wonderful pediatrician. Never pushy about treatments and understands parents’ concerns. He’s always open to discuss and thoroughly explain any topics you have questions about. An amazing doctor and human being.

I made appointment with them a weeks ago and I left a copy of my health insurance card for them to verify. Even a day before the appointment they called me and confirm my appointment. After I go there with my new born they started to call my health insurance company to verify if they are accepting this insurance or not. After waiting in their office for an hour a guy came and told us they don’t accept my insurance. They can still see my baby if I pay them out of my pocket. At this point I don’t have any option and my husband decided to pay. We paid 100 dollars but my child was seen by a nurse practitioner. Not even by a Doctor which I paid for. It was a terrible experience and very lack of professional.

I might not go back. This office is close to my house. I brought my son there mainly for coughing but they haven't figured out why he is coughing after 4 months. The front desk ladies don't know how to do their jobs. Every time they asked for my insurance card because it was not on file, the guy had to come out and help them. Even my 13-year-old son was like, "are you sure they know we are here(I put the name on the sign in sheet)? they are just joking around. The doctor was straight to the point. We spent less than five minutes with him.

Excellent service provider. Staff was excellent and process was relatively smooth. My insurance was not accepted even though it was stated as an ‘In-network provider’ on Zocdoc. I always filter before booking. This was the 1st time I experienced this. I had to pay cash because I needed the service. However, the staff was kind enough to offer a discount for the inconvenience. May not have been a fault of the facility.

Dr. Mirzakandov and his staff are AMAZING! Doctor is so patient with my kids and very knowledgeable. His staff is always so sweet and accommodating. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great pediatrician!
