Due to consistent issues with first time patients never making it to their appointments, we now have a strict policy -
We must be able to get a hold of you by phone, text or email to confirm every appointment made on zocdoc in order to honor it.
ZERO TOLERANCE for last minute zocdoc cancellations. If you cancel on zocdoc less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, you will not be rescheduled.
We do not double book patients, ever. Time slots are held for each specific patient and if you don't show up, I don't work!
I know it is hard to imagine that doctors are human too...
Believe it or not, I really much rather be with my family or seeing other patients than getting stood up.
