Due to consistent issues with first time patients never making it to their appointments, we now have a strict policy - We must be able to get a hold of you by
phone, text or email to confirm every appointment made on zocdoc in order to honor it.
ZERO TOLERANCE for last minute zocdoc cancellations. If you cancel on zocdoc less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, you will not be rescheduled.
We do not double book patients, ever. Time slots are held for each specific patient and if you don't show up, it is a both a business loss, as well as unfair to other patients who could have used that time instead of you.
