The office staff is okay, somedays it seems like I have been a nuasance and it was a call mid-morning. You can tell or feel they hate their job or they can’t be bothered with paitent calls. Dr. V. Excellent! Staff could use a class on empathy and professioalism along with phone edicate. I should not be made to feel as though I interrupted a juicy co-worker's gossip.

Dr. Deorosan was prompt and professional and helped facilitate our zoom meeting when there was interference on our call. She listened carefully to my concerns and scheduled an immediate office visit. This was a great way to meet with my doctor. Very convenient! I will use ZocDoc again.

I absolutely loved the experience. She is very warm and easy to talk to. I have really bad anxiety and I was surprised at how chill I was during my visit, doctors visits are a stressor for me. I love how knowledgeable and thorough she is. I feel lucky! You should definitely check her out!

This has been the absolute worst doctor - patient experience that I’ve ever had. This was the 3rd appointment in which there was no communication, no follow-up and just no way to start a medical relationship. The first 2 appts were due to an inability to confirm insurance coverage, however there was no attempt to confirm with me that the insurance information that I provided was correct. There was no attempt to display a sense of professionalism. The 3rd appt made for 1/27/21 was preceded by a call from the insurance company advising that I was in fact covered for care in her office. A follow up call from myself was made to confirm that the office was secure with the coverage and the appointment made in Zocdoc. A week later when the appt was due, I was logged into the virtual waiting room early and prepared for the telemed visit. However, neither the doctor or her office showed up, logged in or called. I remained logged into the 2pm appointment until 2:40pm. And to this day have not heard from them. All other Zocdoc appts with all OTHER doctors came with a confirmation/follow up call and this averting any resolvable problems and ensured appts could be kept or rescheduled. This doctor/office fall far below the bar and are “bad business” personified.

I spent three hours at Dr. Deorosan's office over the course of two visits with less than 10 minutes total actually spent with the doctor. Dr. Deorosan seemed nice, but the long wait time was ridiculous.

I usually don’t write reviews but my husband and I have both had negative experiences with this practice.
The waiting time to be seen is LONG (longer than long doctor visits). No one in the office ever seems to know what’s going on. Trying to reach anyone over the phone or web portal (doctor included) is almost impossible.
Someone called my husband regarding important test results and when he called back they had no recollection of the “urgent” voicemail they left. They said they’d call him back to check on the matter, and he never got a call back.
I had originally come to see Dr. Deorosan for a referral to see a specialist. The Primary Care Physician referral was never communicated with the specialist’s office (as it should’ve been) and now I’m stuck with my high insurance claim because that referral from my PCP was never sent. So not only am I stuck with the huge bill but I’m still trying to get to bottom of this whole thing with an office that is hard to communicate in the first place.
So if time, efficiency, accuracy and professionalism are all important factors to you then you’re better off at another office.

She was great. I was well-prepared for the visit, and she respected my input into my own healthcare. I have a chronic condition, so I am very familiar with it. It took a little while to get the paperwork settled, but I think that was only because it was my first visit. I intend to continue seeing her.

Had blood work done, was never called to schedule a follow up appointment nor was I called when the appointment I made was cancelled unexpectedly. Very poor customer service from reception/admin staff. I understand that doctor's have multiple patients but it wouldn't hurt to at least pretend to care about them. Will never go back or recommend.

I thought it was a waste of money and time.
I had pain in my lower abdomen and nausia. And she never looked at me. Just took blood and gave me a prescription to see another Dr. I could have apendicites. I was not happy with the visit.

I made an appointment to see doctor Deorosan for a routine physical before having surgery on my right foot. The staff was nice, but I did have to wait more than 30 mins before seeing the doctor. She asked some very important questions regarding why I was there. She told me what I needed was a pre-op physical and she gave me the forms I needed in order to get the pre-op physical done and she offered to perform the routine physical at the same time. I plan on visting Dr Deorosan again in the future for my medical needs.

Overall I didn't feel like I was treated very well, I waited for a very long time, filled out a lot of forms that were hard to read due to being photocopied poorly for years, the doctor didn't spend much time with me at all and just quickly referred me to a specialist. She also said I should ask her if my test results didn't appear in the portal by the following week- it seems like that shouldn't be my responsibility.

The office staff was very helpful and handled things with a very pleasant attitude.
Doctor Deorosan presented herself with a very professional, yet her demeanor was very pleasant. This was my first visit and she had a few extra questions outside the scope of the New Patient paper work I filled out using ZocDoc - I love this new software that doctors and dentist are using. So easy and efficient and best of all it saves time sitting in the waiting room PLUS the doctor or dentist can review your paper work BEFORE the day of your appointment!
Anyway (sorry I got side tracked), I am not the easiest person to please and the only reason I left my other doctor of 25 years was because he died 6 months ago! Doctor Deorosan made me feel comfortable enough that I will return to her office for a second visit. HAPPY! HAPPY!

I was very frustrated to discover that Dr. Deorosan's office requires a *second* packet full of paperwork, this one 7-8 pages long, to be filled out IN ADDITION to the paperwork ZocDoc has you fill out in advance for them. Their reasoning is that "it's [their] paperwork" but that really doesn't make any sense, because there should be a way for them to tell patients in advance not to fill out ZocDoc's forms since they have their own proprietary paperwork, I guess? Anyway, after completing EVERYTHING, I was put in an exam room for a good 45 minutes before the doctor arrived.
