Here at Capital Sports Injury Center, we integrate different therapies like Active Release Technique®, Graston Technique®, Chiropractic Care, Kinesio® Taping, , Ambulatory Spinal Traction, and corrective exercise to treat the nervous system, soft tissues (muscles, tendons, ligaments), and the joints.
We apply these therapies in a customized manner in an effort to relieve pain, restore optimal function, and maintain health. Each individual is examined and evaluated to determine his or her specific needs.
We recognize the value and responsibility of working with other health care professionals and both co-treat and refer to many local physicians.

Everything was smooth and seamless. Was informed prior to appointment that doctor I booked with was not seeing patients and that I will se another doctor. He was great! Dr. Bullen. Olivia the medical assistant was amazing as well with the big pens lol. Additionally, office was great, everyone was helpful and courteous throughout process. Dr. Went above and beyond to explain insurance information and pricing so i was not surprised at the counter.

Dr. Yousefi is incredibly patient, communicative, and thorough. She not only relies on her own expertise but works side-by-side with her x-ray technician to help patients understand the state of their chiropractic health and makes sure patients are fully informed before they make a choice to proceed with their care one way or another.

Dr. Bullen listened to my story and didn't try to rush me along. He made me feel comfortable and informed me as to why I felt the symptoms that I had in my lower back and knee. Since day one, I've been very happy to follow through with treatment as my symptoms have decreased 10x. I also like the staff Andrea and Raven. They are great! Because of my experience, I have been telling others how important it is to stay adjusted, especially after this pandemic.

This was my first experience with a chiropractor, so I didn’t know what to expect. Dr. Yousefi is quite welcoming and explains everything before anyone touches you. She did an X-ray to identify the source of my back problem, attached me to a machine for 15 that helps loosen muscles with vibration, then did my adjustments. Afterwards, they taught me some special exercises to help with my pain. I’m just a little sore one day after, but I’m sure it’s because it was my first time being adjusted. Highly recommended!

Dr. Yousefi (wife) was very pleasant. Younger staff not so much. I was surprised to find that Dr. Yousefi was not the main person treating me when I arrived. It was a male doctor whose name I don't remember.

WARNING! Watch out for hidden charges - I wont be returning!
I enjoyed my visits to Capital Sports Injury Center / Mohammad Yousefi and was making progress, but then I started getting additional billing charges beyond the copay I covered.
I selected Capital Sports Injury Center / Mohammad Yousefi as they were in network for my insurance. However, it seems that Capital Sports Injury Center / Mohammad Yousefi charges more than what was negotiated with Carefirst. I came in for my last appointment and the staff confirmed that my account was paid up, they made a copy of the bill I received, and told me someone would call me to resolve the issue. The call never came, but more bills sure did!
When I followed up myself again, the staff member was rude and didn't listen to my concerns or questions. I opted to pay the charges, as they were treating sending to collection / damaging my credit.
I have already found chiropractic and physical therapy care elsewhere, I suggest you do the same.

I love Dr. Yousefi! She is so smart, funny and personable, and she remembers every client by name. I can also feel major improvement by following her instructions and coming regularly for treatment.

I booked this appointment for the doctor I'm writing this review for. After all the paperwork and was put in the exam room, a doctor came in who was not mentioned until that point-I was in pain so I stayed. This chiropractor had a different view from the others I had visited before, but I'm open to change. After finally convincing him, I had a great adjustment. This office is not a convenient location for me so I followed up with another doctor.

It was strange experience all around. Disorganized. The doctor was unprofessional/pushy and even a little mocking at times (it was not Dr. Yousefi, but someone else, Dr. Thomas I believe). The receptionist was easily confused and hard to communicate with. I will not be going back.
