I went a couple minutes late the lady with blonde hair was so nice she squeezed me in between current appointments so I can get attendance. Dr. Communication on point, I had a great experience with Vanessa and walked out with my contacts lenses on. Thank you!!

Finally! An optometrist I trust! Her exam was thorough, everything was clearly explained. I didn't feel like she was trying to upsell me (a super refreshing change). The doctor demonstrated that I could get an acceptable result with inexpensive over-the-counter readers, and even told me what strength to buy! Got a copy of my new prescription without asking, and they had no problem with me price shopping for the glasses. I'm going to recommend Dr. Liu to all my friends and family!

Dr. Liu is an excellent listener. She’s kind and considerate. She isn’t pushy- but she is honest. I liked how she gave me all pros/cons of glasses, prescription and lasik. I loved how she listened to my concern without being judgmental. She was friendly and didn’t rush me. Her staff were also so kind and lovely. I felt so welcomed there and would gladly pay out of pocket just to have the same pleasant experience at a doctor I trust.
