Amanda was the dental hygienist that took care of me for this appointment. She was extremely knowledgeable and clearly communicated with me for every question that I had asked, which was extremely approachable when coming to the dentist. Coming to the dentist is my least favorite and she made it bearable.

went in expecting a routine cleaning, but instead was told I needed a deep cleaning without any clear explanation or visual evidence. When I asked questions, I felt pressured and talked down to. The staff made me feel like I didn’t have a choice, and it felt more like a sales pitch than genuine care. I wasn’t shown any X-rays or gum measurements to support the diagnosis.
Patients deserve transparency, respect, and the ability to ask questions without being made to feel uncomfortable or bullied. I left feeling confused and taken advantage of. I won’t be returning.

Seemed very sale oriented there. Telling me I need a VERY expensive whitener (almost a thousand dollars)when that wasn’t even a concern of mine. A deposit was required for the appt and I still haven’t received the money back. Wouldn’t go back.

I made an appointment on a Friday night with Dr. Gruenberg for a Saturday morning appointment, he was the only Dr. in my insurance network open on the weekend. I had an aching molar that needed care. After an hour drive to his office in Boca Return I am grateful that it was worth it. I opted for getting a root canal and crown. Dr. Gruenberg was able to fit me in and get both procedures done in the same day! Due to this service, I will definitely be returning despite the drive.

As a first-time patient, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the office. The dentist and all of his staff were friendly and professional. I had chipped my tooth, so I went in with the expectation that I would need a crown. I also needed a root canal. To take on a first-time customer, and dive into a procedure that took the entire morning while juggling other patients was very impressive.
