Going into the meeting I felt slighlty nervous, as this was a big step for me. However, I quickly felt very validated in the experiences I shared. I felt that my experiences were atypical and throughout the meeting I was given feedback and information that made me feel positively "normal." The consultation was great and, with their amazing help, we made the first step in finding a solution to what I am currently facing.
