With 33 years experience as a clinical social worker I help adults/seniors who are motivated to change address many issues. Think trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, stress, women’s issues, personal growth & more. I do NOT Work with addictions. My personal experience includes working with trauma and recovery from it, whether it be in your childhood or current, overcoming domestic violence for victims, Addressing holistic healing as well as understanding how medicine can help some people. I love doing this job and working with people. My biggest thrill is seeing them change & Find meaning and happiness in their life that may have been lost. I visit myself as your coach. You are a player on the field. We discussed the play, you run it when you’re not in session and we talk about how it goes. We’re always able to find a variety of ways to help you as long as you participate. The more you put into therapy the better your results. My philosophy is that it’s good to be flexible as a therapist, but still shut boundaries, goals, and plans that will lead you to the end goal.. I offer telehealth here. Payment: I am cash.
