Shari is professional with a kind manner and has helped me leave every session feeling positive and stronger. She helps you see things from different perspectives. Because I started seeing Shari in person and moved to virtual during the pandemic, some of these ratings above aren't relevant. But she is 6 stars in my book. She has helped me through so much over the last 7 years. Personalities don't mesh all the time, and that goes for therapists and patients too. I feel lucky to have found this connection, but she doesn't pander. She lifts me up, she challenges me, she celebrates me, she tests me, she shows up ready and embracing where I am in life, at work, in my relationships, reminds me to use my strengths to help address my weaknesses. Don't be turned off that I've been in therapy for 7 years. I've actually addressed the reasons I went there in the first place and now I use her advice and expertise to help me through the incoming challenges I've faced. The last 4 years haven't been easy for most of us and we're all dealing with residual impacts from 2020 and by having Shari in my court, I've actually thrived in many aspects! Thanks Shari!
