couldn't answer the 'stars' correctly....didn't give an option. sorry not accurate. so i am not sure how the doctor was. i am sure he would've been wonderful. i was excited but... so disappointed. i was really excited to find real help and the ease to get an appointment and paperwork complete. but then to hear there a charge pre-visit for items not yet even done. i totally understand a cc on file incase something is added or requested but to tell me that you're charging without even knowing your going to do other things is weird. i have incredible insurance so i wasn't looking for spa add-ons.
