Despite the virtual setting, she made me feel completely at ease and gave the same level of attention as an in-person visit. Awful. Don’t use her. I don’t think she knows she has a zoc doc account. Called her at our scheduled time 3pm, she answered and said her computer said 4pm…. Told her no worries that I understood. She said she’d call back at 4pm. She ghosted me and took my money. Classic …… by the way, this is my 4th appointment attempt with zoc doc and they have all been no shows. Love that we have to pay the full price if we no show, but they have no consequences
