I felt like she listened very well, and she made me feel heard. She was also kind and gentle with her responses while being honest.
I am hopeful and more optimistic for what’s to come and I honestly haven’t been for some time. My appointment time was missed due to the system but I reached out to Dr.Graham and she sent me what I needed to complete and within about 15-20 minutes we were online for our session. If you want a psychatrist that cares about you and will remember literally anything about you, this is not her. Extremely unprofessional.
My appointment was scheduled for Saturday- very convenient to see patients in Saturday’s- but she called me and told me that she had availability Friday, even better! Dr. Graham is so awesome! I was really concerned about starting to see a new psych, but after talking with Dr. Ekop Graham, I was quickly comforted by her knowledge, patience, and genuine kindness that I never really experienced with other psychiatrists. I really appreciate that I now have a psych provider that actually listens to my concerns about my meds and how I'm feeling in general and being able to come to a solution like right away! I had a new job i was starting and for the first time it was a desk job and I've always had difficulty focusing. It had lead me to choose labor jobs my whole life and I finally wanted to give a desk job a shot to have a more stable lifestyle. She was able to help me find a prescription that helped me to focus as I needed to complete job functions without my mind slipping to something more interesting.

The initial visit on December 10th, and getting in with this doctor, was a little bit rocky; I was apparently supposed to have been contacted but I never received any paperwork, nor was I contacted by anyone in the office. I'm going to chalk that up to a mix-up and paperwork or scheduling. Dr Graham actually did contact me personally today, January 31st, and wanted to touch base and see how I was doing even though we did not have a previous appointment. While we spoke I told her what happened and she sent me the requisite paperwork which I filled out and sent back to her, and we had an intake and a discussion about my mental health issues and the problems that I was really needing to address. She is a fantastic listener, she listened to my concerns, and though she had concerns of her own with regards to my medication regimen, she understood my need for specific medication and was willing to assist me in getting the medication that I needed. I felt like she respected my opinions and my feelings, understood my misgivings, and did not try to change my mind or convince me otherwise. I felt seen and heard for the first time in a long time with a mental health professional, and I would highly recommend her to anyone.
This was my first time one on one with a doctor and Doctor Graham made sure I was comfortable and understood everything she was saying. I look forward to my next visit

She is incredibly attentive, kind, and intelligent. She's caring and willing to go the extra mile for her patients who may need her observation outside of what's considered "normal business hours." She treats you as an equal and listens. Unfortunately, she's no longer in my network, but I would have stayed with her for as long as needed because she's very different in such a positive manner. Dr. Graham was very through and attentive to my current situation. She communicated clearly of the diagnosis of my depression. There were some issues with the equipment, which some times happen with technology.. And the receptionist was very willing to help, although I did detect some language barrier, which did concern me until my son actually met virtually the doctor and his session actually began. He was comfortable and so was I. The doctor is someone we plan to revisit regularly as needed.
