I think she is very approachable and easy to talk to. She is my first therapist and so far things are going very well.

Alexis has always been really understanding of the things going on in my life. I saw her briefly for couple’s therapy before things happened and I shifted to individual therapy. I like how personable she is, she always seems genuinely interested in what’s going on in my life!! It’s been so nice to have someone to talk to who challenges my thoughts and helps me rework them into effective thoughts. As someone who is going into counseling as well, I feel very heard and seen!! I appreciate everything that she does for me :)
