I was very surprised and extremely pleased with my visit to East Madison Dental. The office is beautiful, clean, and welcoming, and the staff is genuinely lovely. Dr. Narpat was incredibly informative and patient, which meant a lot to me as a nervous first-time mom. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I left feeling so much more at ease and confident about my follow-up appointment. You can tell the employees actually enjoy their jobs, and it creates such a positive energy in the office. Highly recommend!

The staff are extremely friendly, and they are very kind and patient with children. During the teeth cleaning and X-rays, they gently remind kids when to move closer or adjust, which makes the whole experience much more comfortable. The clinic is also very clean and well maintained.

Dr. Kim is best!! I’ve been going to her for years and is the only dentist i’ll go to. Not only does she have great bedside manner and is thorough/attentive to any concerns I have regarding my oral health, but also goes above and beyond to make sure I am comfortable during my visits. Cannot recommend her enough!
