I actually saw Dr. Balar who is a good person & the Dr. that did my skin graft he is fantastic I haven't had any issues since, Dr. Patel is a great Dr. too as is Dr. Oza ccI also saw Brad the technician he is a very pleasant person explains whatever you want to know. The office was a clean environment. I was greeted in a friendly and respectful manner. I didn't have to wait more than 15 minutes. The doctor and staff were very helpful and explained the procedures and what was available to me. I would definitely recommend without any reservation.

Office staff was very friendly, doctor & sonogram tech were very knowledgeable and took their time to answer questions. I did not see the doctor, I made an appointment with, not sure why.
What I don’t like that needs to be improved is the wait time, you are called well after an hour past your appointment time. It’s completely unacceptable, I shouldn’t have to go and feed the meter and pay for an extra hour and a half for parking.
They really need to work on scheduling and staying on top of these appointments.
