Chelsea was so wonderful to work with. She was so open and understanding and we always moved in steps that felt so manageable. I feel like she has really helped me understand my relationship with food and my body. I am able to notice and be mindful of things I wasn't prior to working with her. Would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dietitian to work with.

From the time I started seeing Chelsea, I was blown away by her attention to detail, thoroughness, and genuine interest in my experience, progress, and well being. To reinforce our meetings, Chelsea gave me hand outs that she put together that were very professional, concise, and helpful to refer back to. Chelsea took a very balanced and holistic approach with me, talking through mindsets and beliefs around food, and I greatly appreciated that because I felt like she was helping me create more sustainable habits for the long run. She’s helped me balance my meals with nutritious food, recognize my hunger and full cues, and not feel guilty for enjoying “unhealthy” foods. Chelsea was so amazing to work with! Before I started working with her I struggled when it comes to cooking but after working with her for a couple of months my confidence in the kitchen improved drastically. I was always intimidated to cook but she helped me find healthy and easy solutions that made the process much more attainable. She also helped me understand the importance of not putting your favorite food on a pedestal and restrict my self rather acknowledge the craving and enjoy the food to make it less of a “big deal”.
