Wow! What an incredible experience with Lindsey. I cannot recommend her enough. She helped me with a step by step gut health journey. I was lost when I came to her, not knowing what was causing my issues. She patiently worked with me to help narrow them down and recommended realistic approaches to solve my issues. Lindsey is a phenomenal dietician, and teacher. She helped make the philosophy behind her approach to helping me learn how to reach my fitness goals, very simple. Lindsey is a gem! I am so grateful that I found her, from my initial consultation with her to booking with her, I have now transformed into a new healthier, version of me. During my initial consultation with her, she listened to me complain about my constant bloating, my food "sensitivities", and other health issues I suffered with i.e. binge eating and yo-yo diets. Over the last few months, she has worked with me to find solutions to reduce my bloating, allowing me to consume foods that I once avoided, and overcome "yo-yo" diets. I am now eating what I want and losing weight naturally. Lindsey listens to you and truly cares about you. She is passionate about her craft and she has multiple solutions for every issue that you may have. I enjoy my sessions with her, and I would highly recommend her to anyone and everyone. You will love her!!

Lindsey was awesome! I have worked with multiple nutritionists and dieticians in the past, mostly focused on sports nutrition. I'm now in a different stage of life and looking for an adaptable and long-term nutrition strategy. Lindsey provided me with all of the information and support I needed to see results. Lindsey is an excellent dietitian to work with! She takes time to understand your needs and lifestyle and charts a path for you to achieve your goals. What I appreciated most about her was that she was able to adjust along the way as my goals or circumstances changed and did so without forcing me to eat outside of the way I am used to. She helped me make smart swaps and small changes which aided me in changing my body composition rather than making large sweeping changes that will be difficult to sustain long term. Additionally, she would answer questions that I had and if she needed to do more research, she would look into the scientific literature and make educated recommendations. I highly recommend reaching out to Lindsey if you are considering working with a dietitian.

Lindsey is awesome!!! She took the time to get to know me and my goals. I asked her a ton of questions before we even got started and she answered all my questions and made me feel confident and comfortable choosing her to be my nutrition coach. She stays in touch every step of the way. She has a wealth of knowledge, tips, and tricks to keep me on track to obtain my fitness goals while still eating the foods I love! My biggest food that I did not want to give up was ice cream! She gave me several suggestions of different ice cream brands and introduced me to an ice cream that I enjoy and doesn’t taste like fake cream. When talking to her originally, she confidently told me that I would be really close to my health and fitness goals by 4 months. I had my doubts and decided to have her as my coach for one year just in case. Here I am 4 months later and I am super impressed with the progress I have made! The numbers can speak for themselves! On September 29, 2020 I did a DexaFit scan. Total Mass 177.3, Fat mass 38.2, lean mass 132.4, body fat percentage 21.5. On January 14, 2021, after Thanksgiving, Christmas, and my birthday, I did my second scan. Total Mass 169.5, Fat mass 29.1, lean mass 133.5, total body fat percentage 17.2. Not to mention my visceral fat went from 1.27 down to 0.73. My goal is to obtain 6 pack abs by April this year (June at the latest). If I continue to follow Lindsey’s coaching, I will be there in no time! With her patience and dedication to her clients and her love and passion for nutrition, there is no better option out there! I have tried several fad diets and done other online coaching resources and other things and this is the first time actually seeing results. She teaches you how to track food properly, macros, tweaks to what you love eating, etc. I would definitely recommend Lindsey for your health and fitness journey!
