What is Wellness? Wellness is the act of practicing healthy habits on a daily basis to attain better physical and mental health outcomes. Habit change is key to making lifelong improvements to your health. Small daily habits done consistently will be the cornerstone of living a healthy life. How do you Achieve Wellness? I’ve always felt there are 4 main “ingredients” that you need in order to create and maintain a healthy lifestyle. 1. Nutrition 2. Sleep 3. Exercise 4. Stress Management Each one of these elements plays a critical role in your health. Working together we will find the right balance of each one in order for you to look and feel your very best. Together we will devise a plan to incorporate these new habits into your daily routine. I will listen to your needs, wants, goals and desires and work with you to develop the best plan for you. If your goal is weight loss, decreasing A1C, controlling blood pressure or all of the above, working on specific daily habits will help you achieve all of these! It is not about depriving yourself of food that you love. It is about taking control back from food! You determine your future and I know you can live an amazing life that isn’t centered around good & bad foods, lack of sleep, lethargy and through the roof stress. You have been given one body and one life and what a gift it is. Let me help you live the best life possible.

Elizabeth is a consumate professional. Her technical expertise is matched by her compassion for her patients. Years ago Elizabeth helped me lose 15 pounds and improve my overall health by making adjustments to my diet and simple lifestyle changes. With her help I have kept that weight off and continue to enjoy improved health. Even more remarkably, last year I sought Elizabeth's assistance for my 94-yr old Mother who suffers from a host of age related medical problems. Elizabeth's diet recommendations have resulted in improvement with Mom's digestive system and functions. Elizabeth considers the entirety of her clients health and llifestyle in the care of her patients and the positive results follow. I cannot recommend Elizabeth more enthusiastically.
