Eatopia
Most people already know roughly what they should eat. The hard part is doing it week after week in real life with stress, work, family, and food you actually like. My training is in that gap. I work on behavior and habits, not just meal plans.
How visits work: the first visit is 60 minutes. We go through your health history, your eating patterns, and what you have already tried. Bring recent lab results or a week of food and mood notes if you have them (or a request from me). We build a daily plan you can follow, then adjust it in 30-minute follow-ups. Most clients meet with me monthly.
What to expect from me: I follow Health At Every Size. No food is good or bad. I do not put anyone on a restriction they do not medically need. If weight loss is medically necessary, we work on it, but the focus stays on your relationship with food, on eating with hunger and fullness, and on not using food to handle stress. Care is weight-inclusive and trauma-informed.
