Being my first time doing therapy I was a bit apprehensive and nervous. However, Ms. Berth's welcoming and calm demeanor immediately put me in a place of comfort. This comfort allowed me to be open and fully immerse myself into the experience while gaining non-judgemental insight into myself and others. This insight has enabled me to identify and create solutions to unhealthy thinking patterns.
Ms. Berth has an understanding of people that surpasses any college education and has demonstrated what I would identify as genuine compassion. She is awesome and I highly recommend her as your first or next therapist.
