I went to this office for three years on a bi-annual basis for my cleanings/exam. If you would've asked me before Dec 2019 what I thought, I would have highly recommended it. Wait time used to be minimal, the dr I saw (not Dr. Kang) was always nice, the office seemed clean and the office staff were polite and efficient. It seemed like a dream compared to past dentist experiences in NYC. But in June 2019 when they did the usual annual X ray, the dr rushed out before giving me the results and said she'd call me if any issue. No call, so I called and the office staff said she would've called if there was an issue. In December when I came back for my cleaning, I saw Dr. Kang for the first time (she was also nearly an hour late for our appt). She informed me that I had an issue that they saw in June, but also saw no record of me being informed in my file. I told her I had indeed never been informed. She didn't apologize, and although that wasn't great and meant my treatment was now delayed and would be potentially more extensive, I was tolerant of it. Until I asked a few questions about what my treatment would entail (should I not schedule work meetings after it, what was the down time, how painful was it), and she abruptly told me "She was running late and had other people to see" as she literally backed out of the room. She spent less than five minutes in total with me, and I found her response to my reasonable questions about treatment rude, especially after finding out they'd failed to inform me of an issue in a timely manner. I quickly found another dentist, as I saw no point in giving my business to someone who was late to appointments, provided poor oversight/follow-up for appointments and didn't apologize for it, and then was rude and didn't have time for basic questions about my care. Strongly recommend AGAINST this dentist office.

Great appt from start to finish. Dr Kang explained everything thoroughly, walked me thru my xrays and gave a plan to fix my problem areas. The hygienist who did the cleaning was very nice as well. I highly recommend their team.

Unprofessional staff, the crown they placed got stuck and they had to climb onto me to yank it back out, took 30 minutes of what felt like a butchery session.

The dentist and staff are great- my only complaint was the wait time. I didn’t get to see the dentist until 45 min after the appointment time. That said the procedure was very quick.

I am very disappointed.
The dentist was fine, but else are very disappointing.
When I made my decision to change to a new dentist and requested my X-ray to be shared by submitting a release consent form, they promised well in the phone and email(I called twice and emailed 3 times telling them I need it and will be waiting online). But the I never received it in the following hours. It wasn’t until I canceled my on-going appointment and walked to their office again that they started to act. The front desk guy obviously was embarrassed and sent me the x-ray in 2 minutes - yes it could have been done within 2 minutes.
I guess they intentionally gave me a hard time. And as they wished, I wasted my new appointment that day due to the delay.

I think she was great, very professional. She did an excellent cleaning for me. The only thing I did not like is the constant pushing to get filling. That is the only reason I would not go back.

Everyone from the front desk to the assistant, x-ray tech, and the doctor was amazing! Doctor Kang was very informative and treated me with much care. They will be seeing me again for my next appointment for sure!
