The office was a bit difficult to find even with GPS/Siri navigation, but once inside, I was professionally greeted promptly and politely. The doctor was very friendly, knowledgeable, actively listened to my concerns and was able to pinpoint the issue while explaining the details of my recalibrated and new expectations! 10/10. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I had worn hearing aids for ten years, when I moved to Texas. Found an ENT with Audiologist. They were nice, but not really interested in my used aids. I searched on-line and found ECOUTEZ, quite by accident. Met Grace Paddock and cannot say enough for her caring and knowledge and the practice is so interested in the patient. You will not find this often. Take advantage now, and go and meet Grace. She is one in a million…….??
