Dr. was knowledgeable and friendly. Staff explained coverage based on my insurance when I checked in so no surprises. I was seen as soon as I filled in basic paperwork. Entire staff were friendly and helpful.

I wish I would have known of how they do the billing prior to being seen. I didn’t have the money to spare when I was seen. It was embarrassing but I was already seen and didn’t want to walk out.

The staff was very courteous. My appointment was scheduled for 9am. Even though there were several patients scheduled ahead of me.I was promptly seen at the scheduled time. The doctor was very informative and attentive. I would highly recommend Revision Optix.
