I feel it was very professional and prepared. We went over the Dexcom results as well as what medications were currently being used and how they were being use. We were able to discuss how we could better the diabetes management with more pre bolusing and closer eye when we see rises to do sooner follow ups.

Dr. Jafri is truly an excellent pediatric endocrinologist! She takes her time to understand your concerns and is very tech-savvy and up-to-date with the latest device technology. She recommended the iLet pump and is very knowledgable about the nuances of CGMs and pumps, adjusting insulin doses and device settings as needed. She recommends solutions that are practical for you and your family's lifestyle. Have had three follow-up appointments so far!

I never received orders to go and have my labs done. Nor did anyone contact me to setup the other test he wanted me to have such as the MRI and the ultrasound.

Didn’t listen to anything I said and insinuated my previous doctors were wrong; I saw them for years and this guy spent less than 30 minutes with me. Then he wanted me to get new bloodwork which was fine but I told him quest wasn’t covered by my insurance and still tried to send me there anyway. I fully believe he never would’ve treated a male patient the way he treated me. If you’re a woman and actually want medical care instead of being written off, don’t bother with this dude.

I was told my insurance would be in network and it turns out it wasn't. I was recommended to go to a different lab than I typically use and when I asked if I could have my order sent to the lab I preferred I was told no and I had to go to the one they requested instead.

Harsh symptoms of fatigue and other negative symptoms that just plagued me and has greatly affected my quality of life. Frustrated with no answers for yrs, things just got too much to ignore. Visited a practice I’ve been a patient at for yrs. Saw an NP as my doc was booked far out, who was certain it’s hypothyroidism. Lack of evidence with labs, further testing etc, levothyroxine was prescribed. I don’t think so! Demanded a referral to Endo and found this doctor after frustration of the back and forth with the providers office I was referred to, over a bill from age 15 at a place I’d never been to. This doc took time to look over my recent labs, listen to my symptoms and concerns. Asked me a lot questions, gave me his medical opinion and discussed what labs he felt needed ordered. It’s a step toward the right direction FINALLY! For once, I feel hopeful maybe I’ll get some answers and direction. Thankful for this initial consult with a thorough specialist. Highly recommend!

Exceptional visit. I truly believe seeing Dr Bekir was the best thing I could do. I can’t explain his thoroughness. I’m on the road to a healthy body which leads to an overall healthy life. Do not hesitate to see Dr. Bekir. I wish I had him in life years ago. But all glory to God. I’m hopeful. I feel less stressed and I trust his judgement as it’s supported with labs. I live out of state but my provider is very accessible and responsive much more so than my primary care doctor who is supposed to be a physician specializing in women’s care. There are still issues with me but he seems determined to get to the root of the cause and not just script pills and a lot of expensive testing. Prevention healthcare is where I hope we can be in the future.

I honestly think this doctor saved my life. I had been having severe breathing trouble for two months. Other endos, ENTs, primaries, and even ER were all stumped. Turned out I had a severe vitamin D deficiency which caused a hyperinflation in my lungs. Nobody wanted to take me seriously or test me for half the thinks Dr. Suveyd was willing to do. God only knows how things would have turned out if it wasn’t for him.
