We're an online therapy practice serving adults across Montana and Utah who are navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, relationship struggles, low self-worth, and the kind of emotional exhaustion that comes from holding everything together for too long.
Our clinicians take a trauma-informed, whole-body approach to healing, because lasting change involves more than talking through symptoms. Using evidence-based methods like EMDR, somatic therapy, Internal Family Systems, and inner-child work, we help you understand the deeper roots of what you're carrying and reconnect with the parts of yourself that have felt lost or stuck in survival mode.
Therapy here is meant to feel grounded, collaborative, and safe — never judged, never rushed. We offer secure online sessions and accept BCBS, Cigna, Aetna, SelectHealth, and Optum, with private-pay options available. Healing is possible, and a free consultation is the first step to see if we're the right fit.
