I was not seen by Dr. Reyes. The hygienist tried to upsell me on an antibiotic not covered by insurance. I thought it was strange that the hygienist was the one recommending this treatment, not the doctor… she was also fairly rough and worked hastily (total cleaning time was maybe 10 min max) and didn’t feel thorough. I didn’t have to wait long to be taken to the chair, but in between x-rays, my cleaning, and the final look by a doctor, there was quite a bit of waiting.

As dreadful as dental work can be, I dare say that the experience I had today was quite pleasant. The doctor made me feel extremely at ease and perfectly comfortable. Funny thing is I'm looking forward to the Follow-Up Visit.

The office experience was great. The first process with the doctor was exceptional. She listened to and addressed my concerns. However, before any work would have been completed, the bill had to be settled, which is okay. Unfortunately, due to the discrepancy with my copay and deductible (which does not apply with my insurance), I was not able to complete any dental work done.

The office kept contacting me across both text and calls asking if I could bring my appointment forward, despite me confirming that I couldn’t as I was at work. I then didn’t have the dentist I booked with on ZocDoc, which they didn’t even notify me at any point. Overall felt rushed and not close to on par with the level of care I’ve experienced elsewhere.

Dr. Reyes has excellent diagnostic skills and is a truly outstanding dentist. She is personable, takes the time to listen, and makes you feel heard and comfortable throughout the appointment. She quickly identified my dental issue and clearly explained all of my treatment options, which I greatly appreciated.
The entire staff is friendly, welcoming, and professional. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this practice. I plan to continue coming here for my dental care.
