Last minute link sent and the link didn’t work. Finally saw the doctor but he said he could not see well and video visit was not for diagnosing. Then why did they offer video visit?!
I really value the care and attention extended by Dr. Kwak and his entire team. He is exceptionally caring and gives his patients all the time they need to ask questions and go over any and all concerns. He addressed a number of complications I had with my breathing. I underwent a minor operation at his clinic (which was a very smooth procedure) and my recovery has been excellent so far!

I've had a very unpleasant experience here. The staff was, however, nice and the wait time was minimal. The staff's courtesy is however, less important than the doctor's aptness to help.
