Dr. Moran was pleasant, knowledgeable, and willing to be helpful to me in managing my antidepressant medications. She gave me useful directions and sent in a new prescription for me. We will meet again in a few weeks to see how everything is working out.

I booked an appointment feeling I was in crisis and Dr. Moran was very patient and understanding of my needs. We discussed a treatment plan and put me on a track with her affiliated therapist who was also lovely. Dr. Moran made me feel very comfortable and I am so happy I met her. Erin is very personable and easy to talk to. She is the first mental health professional I have ever reached out to and I am very happy she is the person I chose. I was able to be completely honest and she was non-judgmental and nothing about my appointment felt rushed. Our appointment was online and started on time which I greatly appreciated. One of the reasons I chose to meet with her was due to another review that mentioned she has experience with first responders and as a first responder myself, I found that to be valuable. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a mental health professional especially for people who are nervous about making their first appointment.

Great first appointment. I wasn’t looking for a new Doctor but mine was retiring. Dr. Moran’s experience and background, including having worked with firefighters, made it very easy to connect to her. In a brief period of time she listened to and understood my goals. It is also worth noting she was well prepared for our first meeting having read the notes I left in the intake questionnaire. Between Dr. Moran’s being prepared, her professionalism and ability to listen I felt like we were moving very much in the direction I wanted to be headed. I felt like Dr. Moran definitely takes an interest in her work and brings a fresh positive outlook.

Dr. Moran was amazing! She was a down to earth, observant, and excellent listener. She made me feel both “seen” and “heard” as she made sure she understood my needs and concerns. Dr. Moran made sure I was in agreement with an empowered way forward, and actually asked: “Is there anything else you’d like to add or change?l” before we ended. Like, what miracle is this?! It doesn’t get better than that, really. Very pleased. Would highly recommend.

I would not recommend Dr. Erin Moran. She has been 10+ minutes late to all sessions without letting me know ahead of time OR she has completely no-show'ed me. Our appointments are too quick and it feels like she's rushing me off the phone. We met the first time for <10 minutes are she prescribed me 2 medications without really knowing anything about me.
