Dr. Kong was very personable, professional and thorough. He explained everything in layman's terms rather than medical jargon which was greatly appreciated. The staff was very friendly as well. Even though his office is a two plus hour drive from home, well worth the trip.

Dr. Wesley Kong has been very supportive and cautious with my care. He has a personable attitude, understands the sensitivities and need for discreetness given his area of practice, takes a wholistic view of treatment (eg. proposing positive lifestyle changes as a first line of defense, adopting minimally invasive/non-habit forming treatments as much as possible, providing counseling, separating medical/urological conditions from psychological ones etc.), has been open minded to non-pharmaceutical treatments, has deep knowledge of his area of expertise, and is able to communicate complexity in an easy-to-understand manner.
I'm glad to have Dr. Kong as my care provider in this context and will continue to see him.
One point of concern is that appointments with him often get rescheduled, in some cases with relatively short notice (only a couple of hours at times). His office could be more communicative in this regard.

i dont know why here all good reviews,it doesnt seem true.i see a bad review left by a female on other website but it seem gone?i regret see this doctor for stone,he's sarcastic,arrogant,didnt offer any solution ,there's no medicine given,no treatment,no follow up at all?and it was so hot in summer,a little far away from my home to see him in morning because i cant wake up,but they dont care about that distance,schedule,or anything.
the front staff is very rude and inpatient,get angry just think about this dr and office.

I was pretty nervous walking into Dr. Kong's office. I had no idea what to expect or if something was wrong with me. The office staff was stellar and pleasant, making the new patient process smooth and painless.
I was called in and taken to a room in the back. I waited for about 5 minutes for Dr. Kong. Right when he walked in, he was super friendly and set me at ease. He didn't make it awkward or leave me questioning things at all. He was thorough with his explanation and was very relatable. Highly recommend Dr. Kong if you need to check on your man-parts!

I was very disappointed with my visit. It took almost an hour before the Doctor met with me and when he did, his manner was awful. He continually interrupted me while I was describing symptoms which was beyond frustrating given that he was the one asking for details. His attitude gave me the impression that he wasn't taking my case seriously and I essentially had to plead with him for _some_ actual medical advice. He took me into an exam room and nearly forgot to actually do the exam which lasted all of 30 seconds. A total waste of time and really makes me not want to deal with Doctors in the future.

I am a patient of Dr. Hu. I came here actually because of a job and insurance change as well as TRT concern and I have thoroughly enjoyed Dr. Hu patient centric and knowledgeable care. I would strongly urge patients to not go to a TRT clinic but instead seek the care of a trained urologist like Dr. Hu. He closely monitors labs and bloodwork, and has the proper training to make sure you’re thriving. Dr. Hu even noticed some weight loss in our most recent visit which just shows me he really remembers his patients and cares for each of them like individuals. I’m going to being a lifelong patient without a doubt. If you’ve had questions about your TRT treatment or if it’s appropriate for your situation I would meet him!

Overall good experience! The wait time was a bit longer than I expected (~20min), but not too bad (doctor seemed to be running late from the previous appointment). Both Dr. Hu and his assistant were really nice, clearly explaining the process and next steps and what I should expect. One thing that might be improved is that they could wrap up a summary note of my visit (preferably in electronic forms) for me to recap all the information if needed (e.g. prescriptions, suggested treatments/exercises etc.)

Dr Jonathan is a nice person and scheduled my surgery not long after we met for the first time. the overall experience of the surgery was great and I don't have too much post-surgery pain.
