I thought Dr. Wan was great! She was speedy and answered my questions.
The appointment process was a little strange. I filled out information on ZocDoc, but then the office asked me to fill out additional information, including a form that they wanted me to send over email with my social security number (I called them and they said I could leave that blank). The ZocDoc info and this form info seemed largely the same. When I got to the office, I had to fill out the same form again! It was a little confusing and seemed a bit like a waste of time.
Also wanted to note that I noticed what appeared to be religious artwork in the waiting room that made me feel slightly uncomfortable since I personally prefer medical spaces to feel neutral and secular.

Nice and easy appointment process for an annual exam. I submitted all requested paperwork and information via email beforehand so checking in was quick and easy. Just needed to verify the same info I submitted online and verify ID which took less than 10 mins. I was called in less than 5 minutes after completing check-in. Doctor and staff were very kind and clear communicators. Answered all questions and repeated info when needed. Was very comfortable during exam and understood all information given. Left with clear next steps and follow-up appointment already booked. Thank you!
