The doctor was very inattentive to my request, I asked the secretary to ask a question and he said can you take another appointment to ask a question !! It was a very bad experience.

Today I had my first visit to this office. No waiting time, no long lines.
I was seen by NP De Courcy E Luckett and she was amazing!!!! She listen to my concerns and problems and she understood my needs. There was no rush, she was patient with me and really compassionate. Staff was nice and polite. I am going back for sure.

This was my first visit, overall good experience and I will keep going back for now. Dr. Toulouie seems very knowledgeable which is nice but also very busy so the appoint felt rushed and not very personal. The staff was friendly and answered all of my questions and the office was clean and over pretty nice.

As an asthmatic, I wasn’t asked how frequently I use my inhaler (I was using it too much at the time, luckily whatever it was went away on its own), I was told to lose weight without being asked if/what I’d try previously. She literally told me if I didn’t lose weight she’d fire me as a patient. I wasn’t given the time or space to communicate my issues with disordered eating. There was no one else in the office, and yet she made me feel rushed and like she was itching to get out of the room. Their tech went down while I was there, so maybe that’s where those questions would have been asked, but I still found it negligent. I was also told her office would call me later to schedule routine bloodwork. It’s been 4 weeks and I still haven’t received a call. Steer clear. Do not recommend.

The office staff was ok. Dr. E. Toulouie was brusque and cut me off when I spoke with her. She wasn't welcoming at all towards me, her new patient. Quite a difference from my past doctor who is out of State and who I had for 8 years. Disappointing to say the least.

I’m looking for a new primary care doctor, so I set up an appointment for a physical. I haven’t seen a primary care doctor in years, so I went in with a list of questions. As soon as I saw the doctor, the experience felt off. I felt like she was trying to hurry up and get me out the door. She did not fully answer any of my questions. She literally took my vitals, filled out the health history form and walked out. It felt like 5 minutes. In addition, she ordered blood tests that are offsite and that I have to make an additional appointment for. The whole thing felt like a waste of time and it was not the type of attentive care that I was looking for.
