1) Visit-Based Care (Pay Per Appointment)

Initial Allergy Consultation – $280 (90 minutes)
First comprehensive visit
Review of medical history, symptoms, and treatment planning

2) Testing and Procedures
Testing is recommended only when it supports diagnosis or treatment decisions. These costs are separate from visit fees.
Skin Testing – $300 (24–40 allergens)
Environmental allergy testing (dust, pollen, mold, pets, etc.)
Alternatively: $8 per individual environmental allergen
Spirometry – $40 per session for non-members
Measures lung function
Commonly used in asthma evaluation
Food Allergy Testing – $5 per food
Typically blood-based testing
Oral Food Challenge – $350 (up to 150 minutes)
Supervised in-office exposure to confirm or rule out food allergy
Longer appointment due to monitoring requirements
3) Immunotherapy Services (Long-Term Treatment)
These focus on retraining the immune system rather than just managing symptoms.
Food Sublingual Immunotherapy (SLIT)
Initial setup: $1,200–$1,800 includes step up vial preparation and updosing visits.
Ongoing management: $70 per month
Environmental Sublingual Immunotherapy
$125 per month
These are long-term programs and typically extend over months to years.
4) Peer-to-Peer Consultation
