I’ve been working with Ivana for over five years, first through grief counseling and later focusing on family trauma, depression, and anxiety. I’d been in and out of therapy for most of my adult life, but this is by far the longest and most meaningful therapeutic relationship I’ve had. Ivana has a way of making me feel completely safe while still holding me accountable and helping me do the work. Recently, I began ketamine treatment with her—a step I had wanted to take for some time—and it’s already made a noticeable difference. After just a few sessions, I’ve felt a real shift in my anxiety and have experienced breakthroughs that continue to impact me positively weeks later. Ivana’s diligence and personalized approach to this treatment have allowed me to finally start letting go of the weight I’ve carried for so long. I can’t recommend working with Ivana enough, especially If you’re considering ketamine therapy. The care, expertise, and support she provides make all the difference.

Ivana has really helped us to improve our relationship. She allows us to both feel seen and heard in a safe space and is great at helping us navigate tough conversations. She gives us concrete tools we can use for better communication and navigating conflict. I have had an amazing experience with Ivana’s office, I’m currently meeting with Janica who works with Ivana’s office and she has been an absolute delight to meet with. Ivana Ross was actually very personable over the phone, my only issue which is a very big issue especially with this being my first attempt at therapy after already being on the fence is that I was waiting for my instructions to join the video appointment when come to find out Ivana didn’t know we were supposed to be meeting. This isn’t coming from a complaining perspective but more from a I just wanted a chance to disprove my preconceived thoughts of therapy. I feel it’s important to mention again that Ivana over the phone when I called the office sounded great to talk to, it was just a bit disorganized and from myself to others trying to navigate through their internal thoughts; that’s something that turned me away before I could even start. Side note: my first therapy session never happened

I did not like that I was bait and switched. Especially when I’m looking for a therapist during such a hard time. The therapist I was put with was nice. But it definitely made me feel weird, I was mentally preparing to speak and meet with Ivana the woman listed. The office should have made that clear before my appointment. I was so busy leading up to the visit I didn’t notice they mentioned a different name in the appt confirmation. Everything else had Ivana’s name. Not a cool move especially for mental health looking for mental health.
