I had a great experience with Haranchal Bains, DMD. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Dr. Bains was professional, patient, and took the time to clearly explain everything, which really helped put me at ease.I also want to highlight the dental professional who cleaned my teeth she was excellent. Very gentle, thorough, and attentive, and she made the entire cleaning process comfortable and stress-free.Overall, the care was never rushed, and it’s clear the whole team truly cares about their patients. I highly recommend Dr. Bains and the entire staff.

Dr. Bains and the hygienists clearly communicated everything that was happening and why they recommended the services that they did. The X-ray tech was extremely gentle and asked about my comfort multiple times. Dr. Bains asked if I was afraid of dentists and was very affirming when I told her about a past traumatic dental experience. My only semi-complaint is it felt like I was pressured to start payments for Invisalign right away when I was there for a cleaning/checkup and had just wanted to see the overall cost of what that would be. It was awkward to have to say a few times that I couldn't afford to start large Invisalign payments at the same appointment as I knew I was also going to have a large bill for the other treatment I was receiving that day. I will definitely be returning as the care was top notch and it was the most at-ease I've ever felt in a dentists chair. During the deep cleaning, the hygienist checked on my pain levels multiple times! Excellent service!
