We are located inside Eminence Medical at 2815 S. Alma Schoo Road Suite 112 Mesa, Arizona 85210, on the SW corner of Alma School and Guadalupe Road. We offer direct primary care services in hormone balance, weight loss and family medicine by a board certified Nurse Practitioner either in office or via telehealth platform. Additional care offered; Peptides, IV hydration, weight-loss consultation and medications, hormone replacement therapy, B12/MIC injection, and immune boost injection.

Kim is professional and very thorough. She takes her time asking probative questions to get to the route source of your issues. She listens to what you have to say and generally cares about her patients, which is hard to find these days. I don't feel rushed or just like another patient she is rushed to see. I highly recommend Kim Lee.
